If the player has plans, they will not impact his hidden attributes
PROFESSIONALISM
A player’s attitude in all aspects of football.
It's relative to training attendance, field behaviour, rigour and
adherence to the coach’s speech.
This rating is essential. It is the most important attribute for a player’s progress.
PRESSURE
A player’s ability to meet expectations (club, supporters, coach, media, etc.).
The bigger your club, the more pressure there will be.
The players who know how to manage it are the best profiles for your team, especially when
you play the big competitions.
TEMPERAMENT
A player’s ability to react when facing the wall.
When your team is being led or struggling, players with temperament do not give up; they remain calm and try to remotivate the troops.
They are often the ones who are going to unlock the situation.
AMBITION
Willingness to play in the best clubs, at the best possible salary.
Ambitious people tend to ask for more money and may demand a transfer if the goals of
club doesn’t match theirs.
Ambition has a small impact on Youth progress.
LOYALTY
A player’s loyalty to his club.
The more faithful will be less likely to yield to the sirens of the best stables, and therefore to hold you
head if you refuse.
They will also give everything for their team.
SPORTSMANSHIP
Tendency of a player to keep a sportsmanship in all circumstances.
The less fair will want to stall, but take more cards.
Those with a better mindset tend to be more popular.
CONTROVERSY
A player tends to stand up to you when he doesn't agree with you, or when he doesn't like what you're saying.
A single media report indicates a high note in controversy (Outspoken), so it is better to avoid it, but it is not necessarily prohibitive if you know how to hold your locker room and have results.
